3510 MP other problem

    Hi,

    3510 MP is doing bad results
    What can cause this problem?

    The heated roller has problem

    Maybe not spinning? Maybe the scraper-blade is dirty or not touching roler correctly?

    That is my first guess

    Another possibility (I don't think, but possible) is your printhead is too low in relation to the heated roller.
    Did someone remove printhead recently?

    Hi,
    The problem cause roller motor. After black dust cleaning motor started working, but first print good, second failed. For this printer needs new roller motor :banghead:

    any Asian made analogs in alibaba?

    You need to test for power to the motor.

    It is more common to have the speed-controller break.

    That is located on backplane board.

    The Planerizer (roller) motor I think is same as X-axis motor. Same/same

    Both can check the brush inside easy, and spin-check bearings.

    These motors last Loooong time.


    So, check power to motor. Maybe you find speed controller is shit?

    they have been raping that printer for long time because this model is discontinued so plenty of time to kill it.
