Anyone tried this one?
I haven't tried it, but it looks to be the same as ZFX IO scanner. No one has told me a good thing about ZFX scanner.
PlanScan, Trios or Carestream are the best out there right now. PlanScan and Care stream have instant open stl rendering and are at least half the cost of Trios.
Thanks. How much time do you really need to scan both arches with your io scanner?
1-5 minutes per arch. If the patient is edentulous, don't bother just take an impression.
Depends on operator. 15-40 minutes,
It is the same as ZFX intraoral scanner. they had exclusive dealership for it, but lost it due small sales.
If it takes 40 minutes, you need to find a new profession. Lol
Nooo I am technician not a doctor. though now I regret I didn't learned good enough to get to university.
That MHT is so slow that you can even hear your hair growing and sun turning around the globe
P.S. 3 years back there was paid research done in Munich university. Intraoral scanners were compared. Point cloud data at that day was very familiar between MHT, Trios, Itero. But after procesing and triangulation MHT got to ~65 microns and Trios ~48 microns per some kind of volume.
IT guys stated that they need only bunch of money and time to get software running as it is supposed to.
I guess somebody ran out of cash...
Hello , I have a bit of experience with these . tested long ago . It is great for models . the new gui is faster - sirona bought the company and trios and sirona blue are both based on automatic confocal - MHT invented it- Sorrry for the 2 month delay in response - just got here
it is always better later then never
