    Hi!

I am making a guide for implant location so I made a bite splint with missing teeth. I want to cut 3mm holes in the teeth, but in the bite splint free forming steps there is no attachment window under ADAPT. How can this be solved?

    Thanks in advance.

After merging top and bottom of splint go to expert mode and select free form restoration. You should see ATT there.
