I gave my 18 year old daughter a bow for Christmas, a Mathews Mission.

Sorry for the delayed reply. He's shooting a 243 Bolt Action Ruger youth model.

Matthews makes some of the best bows .I have every Matthews Bow I've ever purchased and they all shoot well still, the oldest bow was purchased in 2001.

I thought there was no limit or regulations on zombies??

Zombie tags are free in Mississippi. As a matter of fact, President Obama is offering a $100,000 tax credit to any confirmed kills of zombies.

In Florida zombies are like beers. You can kill as many as you can handle. No restrictions.
I'm considering moving to MS for the tax credit. I'd use it to offset the cost of ObamaCare, if I actually bagged a few zombies. My H&K 93 is always ready, just in case.

I always wanted a Red Rider BB gun but my father wouldn't let us have them, he said they were too much like toys and kids didn't treat them like guns. We got 22's instead.
I think I'll buy myself a Red Ryder.
Now that I'm 50, it's time for a little rebellion!!

Your father seems like a nice and very wise man.
My dad said rotten kids don't get toys and gave me a lump of coal instead.

This thread hasn’t had much activity in awhile, maybe time to revitalize it.
I hunted a bit during archery season with no success, this past weekend I was fortunate enough to kill this buck with a rifle. That’s the end of my deer hunting until muzzleloader season begins in a few weeks.

Did a bit of grouse and woodcock hunting earlier this fall for the first time in a few years. I can grab my stuff and head out for a couple hours right near home.

16 gauge JP Sauer Knockabout. It’s old, like 1900ish. 2 1/2” chambers so ammo isn’t available at Walmart. I don’t shoot it as well as I shoot an over/under or an automatic but I don’t care.

That’s because the ones I missed don’t show up too well in the picture!
