    Hello guy,s..
So we have local made machine by an engineer the machine is really good and strong
We do some tests in open cam by the engineer and the mills come out good
(But no construction info are located like sum3d every thing had to be manually created )
Now we are looking to go for sum3d
To be user friendly for dental techs
Any ideas where to start ?
I read some threats in here that talked about equipment designs and machine.arl
I,m dental tech ...not the engineer... Not that experience in cam world

For new machines you need to fly someone from cimsystem to you.

It took me long time to work out problems when I did this.

    Hmmm...
So we should contact them and fly
    Someone to us
I hope they are OK to fly to Egypt

    Sure.

    Ask them.

It is very dangerous and complicated to try to make new machine post-processor by remote.

I think it is required for employee of CIMSystem to be there in person for help.

Expect Two to Three day at your location, and pay for travel costs of course.

It is very valuable information and experience you will get!

After you do this process with them....next time maybe you can do it yourself! ? For another new machine

    Good luck and have fun!

@mazendi77, sorry for late, do you already have SUM3D postprocessor for your machine?
Did you already contacted us (CIMsystem I mean)?

Hi Mazendi, DMC is absolutely correct. Creating a machine postprocessor is something that requires an onsite visit from your chosen CAM partner. FOLLOW-ME! (hyperDENT) has an engineer in Munich whose primary role is to create these machine-specific files for milling - that's it! Once they're created and tested, you can then modify all of your milling strategies and templates by yourself safely - without the added worry of machine collisions.

Where are you located? I can connect you with the appropriate FM subsidiary. Our company has gone through this process for 150+ dental machines globally (as well as lots of industrial machines) and this is one of the things that sets us apart from our competitors... so I can assure you this project will not be too complicated for FOLLOW-ME! to handle.

No problem, let me know if you need us to jump in for any reason. However, now that they see you have my contact info, I'm sure they'll work a lot faster! LOL
