Hi i Need your help.. i am using These Parameters on metal but i have Problem when it's a big Bridge with more than 3 or 4 Units the Bridge doesn't sit very well and can't sit well with a very little gap on praparation line(bad sitting or wangle)..these Parameters have been told to me from where the exocad was bought...the guy next to me is using 3shape and the bridges don't have Problems they are perfect so the milling machine is ok... and i don't know the X Y Z Parameter is specific for (add spacing axial, radial)?? where is being used and why?

    thank you very much!!!!

spacing radial is 50 micron max 20 or 30 maybe this opens the margins for scan or milling "problems" for initial better fit , which cam and strategie inside 5 simultan ??
play more with the gap thickness on bigger ones add 0.02-0.03
axial is ok 30 micron maybe a bit less for z problems .
milled margin could be 0.1 slm needs sometimes more 0.13

You need to also compensate for minimal tool radius (default 1.4 ) so I usually put 1.05.
I use .2 cement gap under additional spacing on multi unit bridges - you can adjust the cavity in your strategy to oversize as well.

Section up a bridge model that doesn't fit and see if the individual dies at least fit.

There's quite a few factors to consider. Your machine will be the least of the problem. Your scanner itself may be an issue. Is your neighbour sharing his scanner with you? What scanner do you have? Have you tried in wax or pmma first too??

WAX and PMMA is perfect..i use Medit Identica SE scanner (the first one i think of the Company)... no i am the only Person that uses the scanner... and i don't understand the radial and axial Parameters what does it Change this Parameter the preparation line gap or the whole Bridge in X Y Z? thanks!

axial is on the occlusal side to compensate a few things
radial is at the wall side but this blocks out to the margins for production or scan isues too just for fun make 0.1 mm than you can see the gap in the software
if you link them together its both see pic

change cement gap to o.07-0.08 and radial to 0.015 and axial 0.02-0.03 and try it for NEM

Diameter of tool for your metal material is what value in exocad?

For bridge, you are using One common insertion path for 3-axis machining internal?

You must have something else wrong. The cement spacer looks fine to me.

    5-axis machine with Diameters 3mm 2mm 1.5mm 1mm and i use in exocad 1.4mm (Default)

    There's maybe the problem - 1.4 and it's possible using 1.5 inside
