    Hi All,
What is the most efficient way of designing a completely flat occlusal plane from anterior to posterior using the module. I cant seem to find an easy way of doing it.

    Ok, here are the steps;

Enter the case in database and scan in
    Design
    Design bitesplint bottom
Design bitesplint top with occ thickness at 5mm
    Go to expert mode
    Tools
    Add/Remove mesh
    pick Antagonist
    Generate plane
Adjust plane orientation the way you want it
    Back to Wizard
    Adapt to antagonist
    done

Pizzacutter is what I was thinking.

Add attachment, and cut with big flat disk on it's side.

Ok , sorry for my ignorance, but I set the plane, got a nice flat plane, but how do I put it against the antagonist (the model) not the plane. The opposing model does not appear, just the virtual plane. Can you please help me. I am open to using teamviewer if you have the time. Oh I used Elab's suggestion.

    Cheers
    Mark

When you bring in the plane as the antagonist the antagonist model is replaced with the plane.

Save the plane as an .stl first, so you can get it back if you need it again,
    then:

Expert, Add/Remove mesh, Antagonist, then replace the plane with the original antagonist model.
