    What thermo forming material and thicknesses are most commonly being used for aligners my research has found a very wide variety. From high priced zendura (sounds like good stuff or says the sales pitch) to a inexpensive generic clear suck down material. I Also see many thicknesses being used. Looking forward to what y’all have to say.

    Great Lakes has thermoforming materials.
    I just ordered from Germany directly

    Been looking at Zendura. Pretty nice stuff a bit pricey but looks nice. They are sending me some samples. That bio star machine is nice too

    We've had a ministar for 20 years or so and never had a problem.
    Thermoforming > vacuum forming
