I am sure it works great!

Can you make complete strategy from nothing?

    Is this training available?

Do you have HyperMill? Or just HyperDent?

My version of SUM3d is same as HyperMill! Better than HyperDent!

This is why I go to SUM3d! It has everything....same as HyperMill but 1/2 the cost!

I think 100 people have SUM3d to every One person with HyperDent?

This is why you do not see people talking about it.

Too expensive, poor training, Germans are often not available to help for 2 months each year.

Makes me go crazy to deal with Germans sometimes!! They are slow to help and many times I wait weeks for an answer or part.

Same with all German companies! CNC, scanners, software.

exocad is much better with support, but the rest of Germany.....pfft.

Good products!! Yeah sure! but support and cost sucks bologna.

I love german quality and innovation!

    Great stuff!!

Too many holiday and vacation time for the Germans! lol

We work everyday here in USA. I need support and to order parts fast for Dental!

We cannot wait weeks and months for parts and service!

So, we go to Korea, China, and USA products.

Must be nice to be German! I want to come there and play and work!

    Will you take me?

Three days for me to get answer from Steinbichler (Zeiss) about a scanner issue.

    I fixed it myself. (today)

I ended up calling them because no reply to Three email to Two different employees!

    It is always like this!
DMG was is worse! Takes weeks to acknowledge anything....then weeks for a quote....then more time to produce the part !!! !AAAAHHHH

Never send mails if you need fast support or parts !!! call btw 9-11 o clock am or 2-4 o clock pm if you need parts shipped same day never call later than 2 o clock pm.
Mails are in German companies used if you have time a week or more.

I want to highlight two points that I prefer more in HyperDent.
    1. Toolpath
It is a hybrid z-level + concetric or 3D profile machining. I can't repeat it on SUM3D. Surfaces are more uniform. Now Cimsystem is updating "Profile 3D pocketing", but so far with new parameters I can not repeat it.
    2. Management of abutment interfaces.
In Hyperdent, it is easier to train people to cope with the machining of interfaces. However, I can be wrong here, because I have not tried all cases.

In other cases, SUM (Millbox) does its job well.
