Hello, I am relatively new to printing and milling and have found it difficult to find an in depth resource of information. I have been using Exocad for about 8 months, with varying levels of frustration. I am almost entirely self taught through trial and error, youtube and tips from other people. I have finally started fabricating on a somewhat acceptable level (so many things to learn and retrain on!). I make full and partial dentures and frameworks. I have so many questions - and would love to be directed to the right place to find the answers! I would love to integrate a gothic arch tracing - does an SLT this exist, and where ? I saw a thread on this topic which was the initial reason I came to this forum. When I try to open the vertical dimension in the articulator, tooth positioning is also opened by that amount with no contact - how can I do this correctly ? Manually setting the occlusal plane in the articulator doesn't save / translate to tooth positioning. Is there a way to produce a jig for accurate placement of teeth when bonding bases to teeth ? Seems ridiculous to produce something at such an accurate resolution only to have occlusion messed up when bonding. Thanks for your help!
